I have been an interior art finisher, and fine finish restorer for more
than 20 years. New York City has always been home although challenging projects
have occasionally taken me and my team to other locations around the world.
Beautiful pigmented plaster finishes are our focus, but not our only expertise.
Interiors2Art is a company supported by the extraordinary skills of a few
essential artists and craftsmen. Principally, myself, Mr. Durvan Davis and Mr. Marco
Delorme. My company excels at serving the multiple job-specific demands of
architects, designers and clients, alike. Our interest is to assist our clients in
making the choices that serve them best. We make every last effort to meet
and exceed their highest expectations. Client examples include Liz Claiborne,
Morley Safer, and Richard Gere.
Also, as a fine finish restoration specialist I work to resolve any and all aesthetic
problems resulting from damage or time. Whether large or small, the challenges
of a successful restoration are never exactly the same. A perfect restoration is
one where, through the delicate processes of surface 'cosmetic surgery', an
exact match of colors and finish variations has resulted. An example of clients is
Hermes of Paris and artist Helen Frankenthaler.
My services are often retained by architects to raise the quality of interior finish
work completed by others. Example clients include Gwathmey Siegel and architects
for comedian Jerry Seinfeld. I demand museum quality for all my projects. This
includes truly final, precise, and undivided attention to the smallest detail.
